Voluntary submission
You submit your material voluntarily for consideration by Prosperity Music Collective LLC (PMC). PMC has no obligation to review, respond to, purchase, license, use, or compensate you for a submission.
Your ownership
You retain ownership of your material. Sending it does not transfer your copyright, publishing, or master ownership to PMC.
Internal evaluation only
You grant PMC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to receive, store, copy, listen to, and share your material internally with its team solely to evaluate it. This permission does not authorize public release, distribution, sale, or other commercial exploitation.
Commercial use requires an agreement
Any commercial use requires the necessary rights-holder permissions and a separate written agreement addressing the applicable rights, credits, ownership, compensation, and clearances.
No confidential relationship
Submitting material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, management, or other special relationship with PMC. Do not submit information you require PMC to keep confidential.
Similar material
PMC and its collaborators may already have or independently develop similar material. Similarity alone does not establish copying. These terms do not authorize infringement of your rights.
Your right to submit
You confirm that you own or have authority to submit the material and grant the limited evaluation permission above. Disclose all collaborators, co-owners, samples, interpolations, and other third-party material, including any permissions or clearances still needed.
